Mark and Carolyn Davies  left their Tea Garden and Accommodation
                      Business in England and relocated to Madeira in 2016, and having bought this villa which

has now undergone substantial renovations are 

 offering self catering accommodation and would love to welcome you there.

We  have two self catering studio apartments available

 

   One is equipped with a super kingsize bed which can be changed into single beds should friends wish to share.  This one is available for a minimum stay of 4 days.  

The other has a kingsize bed and has been equipped with an area that people can use as a work from home office .   It also has a fridge freezer plus washing machine and is suited to those who wish a longer stay.  This one is available from a minimum stay of 14 days.

 

Each apartment is  equipped with shower room and kitchen area and will have access to their
own balcony which has spectacular views across the Village and sea.  There is also a BBQ and Sun lounging area available.

For people who love
relaxing, painting, photography, birdwatching, sea, surfing, swimming, countryside, fishing,
walking, flowers and fauna, and spectacular scenery – then this is the island for you.

The accommodation is in a rural part of Madeira with easy access to the levada walks and
within three minutes walk of the surfing beach, and tidal pool, restaurants, bakery and supermarket.

                   We have fibre optic internet at all apartments and so very suited to Digital Nomads and those who have to have access.                          

                                    Porto da Cruz is a quiet rural Village,with all the amenities including a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, museum, tidal pool and beach plus easy access to levada walks. We are 13km from the airport and 6km from the nearby town of Machico.

 

Getting around

                                              Although a car is recommended and private parking is available, for those who do not wish to drive, there is a very good bus service with the bus stop only a couple of minutes walk away, and also local taxis.

 

Other things to note

The view from the room and balcony is simply stunning, and looks out to the Seaside and Mountains

Please be aware that there are steps to both apartments and it is not really suited to those under 6 years or those with disabilities.
